Working hours

Our normal working hours are 9-5.30 except on Fridays (9 am-5 pm) plus one hour lunch. Occasionally we work extra to meet deadlines.

Dress code 

Smart business casual with a more relaxed "dress down" day on a Friday.

What about training

A budget is set aside for training that is inclusive of subscriptions to services like Pluralsight. Training needs are identified and we encourage learning in general.

We encourage regular team and staff meetings

We have all-hands meetings to allow the company and staff to provide updates on activities to everyone. These include breakfast meetings and food included! Regular team meetings take place according to process and need.
